Staff members may date other staff members but not if one occupies a position of power over the other. Staff are to consider the work consequences if a subsequent relationship was to fail.
Staff may not date participants over which they have authority.
Participants may date other participants but will be encouraged to consider the program-related consequences (where applicable) if a subsequent relationship was to fail.
