The Admin handbook is intended to provide administrative staff with information about how systems work at COBD and the division, contact information, administrative tasks and functions and other relevant information.
Team Approach
The division works as a team with everyone working towards the same goals. Everyone helps everyone, and staff often pitch in to assist with tasks that are not necessarily in any one job description. We encourage creativity, initiative and feedback on how we can improve things. Please feel free to offer ideas and suggestions.
COBD is made up of several internal teams and these teams often work collaboratively with one another to achieve their goals.
This handbook is dynamic; administrative staff are encouraged to suggest new items or changes so its quality improves and the handbook remains useful and up-to-date.
