Notice IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual general meeting of the members of The Pacific Training Centre for the Blind Society will take place on October 26, 2020 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Location: Due to COVID-19, the 2020 AGM will be held via teleconference.
This meeting will be held for the purposes of:
- Receiving the financial statements of the society;
- Approving the minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of members; and
- Electing the board of directors.
To attend the AGM and receive AGM documents, please register by sending an email to Susan Gallagher at <admin@ptcb.ca> by October 21. Please include your name, address, email, and optionally your phone number. Membership dues are $5 and must be paid before the meeting if you want to vote. Membership dues can be paid via E-transfer to <admin@ptcb.ca>. The call-in details will be provided after registration.
