On January 07, 2012, the executive board of directors of the Camp Bowen Working Group, along with members of the board of advisors, met with community stakeholders to discuss the future of the Bowen project. Many ideas were debated during the lunch meeting, which took place at the IHOP restaurant at Royal Oak and Kingsway in Burnaby. Chief among the topics under discussion were the boards plans to expand community outreach and involvement.
